  1. Trying to stay happy in Rachelville . . . . . I am thinking that we need some single men in Rachelville, you know to try the whole altoids thing, to look at, or whatever we want to do with them Me too, I can't fit into my clothes anymore! It's a good thing because I was way to thin but it leaves me without a thing to wear, except I did have...
  2. Tavi - did you get clued in about our party? Yes I did, thank-you Karen Wish I had been there! Rinne - very good photo - Andrea, yours too - very cute kids! 3. I agree with nini. I personally found that other than for diagnosis mine was pretty incompetent. He told me that I would soon know more than he did about the disease, although he had recently given a talk to other doctors about it! weird
  4. AB+ for me
  5. Ok, I feel like you are having a party and nobody is inviting me Can someone tell me the story of the altoids?
  6. In that case maybe I should go back to it! Do you think this is really true?
  7. Miamia That would be grat if you could invent somehting! Berneses: I smoked through all 3 of my pregnancies, but then people didn't give you such a hard time about it.
  8. I think it's a decision each family has to make for themselves, and I am just thankful it's not a choice I have to make. It makes me hurt just thinking about it.
  9. Darn the bum had o go to work today, imagine that! Now I am slinking down the street to see what is going on, maybe someone will pour me a drink and ask me to talk awhile I am feeling better tonight thank goodness, that was awful but it doesn't appear to be lasting as long as before. I think I may of just tried something new that didn't say gluten-free...
  10. Ok, I say people can smoke in the smoking area in R-ville. It's not so easy to quit. I quit almost six months ago and it has not been easy at all. I will say that the psychological part is the hardest for me. I used the patch for about 2 months and then weaned myself off from there. If anyone wants to talk about it just email me. It's a struggle, and...
  11. Sounds to me like you are talking about what it's like to live here in Rachelville
  12. Wow I guess there prices are going up. Can one of you stay with the kids it he is that concerned about them? The 2 years I went they had so much food I wasn't hungry for dinner. Of course that never stops kids from eating!
  13. Tavi-love your name-I think of rikki-tikki-tavi when I see the name. I don't know what the book is called, but I remember one of my kids read a book with a character called that. What a lovely name it is, you lucky bum. Geez, pretty much I think that was the book rikki tiki tavi book from the Jungle Book and the mongoose was Tavi. I know I have heard...
  14. Looks like the same ingredients to me
  15. No I have never bought this chicken before, I just saw it at the grocery store and bought it because it looked ok. I am not sure, what about the distilled vinegar? I think I just won't try anything new. I am not sure about the frozen yogurt, I had thought all of their stuff was gluten-free except for the one's we would know weren't like cookies and cream...
  16. Thanks Donna, I am still not used to my name and it's been 49 years! Here are the ingredients in the orange chicken I ate: Vegetables : should be ok sauce: water, orange juice concentrate, distilled vinegar, modified corn starch, dehrdrated garlic, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, salt, sucralose non-nutritive sweetner, dehydrated bell pepper, xanathan...
  17. I agree if you feel better on the gluten-free diet than stay on it. I firmly believe that the biopsy can miss some of it, or the villi could just not be damaged yet. I have read many posts that speak of this.
  18. Wow, all the posts I miss when I am at my real job. Susan keep posting, it helps you and let's other people know they are not alone in their family weirdness! I sure have an upset stomach today and can't think of anything I ate. The only new thing I ate was some taffy and some chinese orange chicken that looked like the ingredents were ok?
  19. Wow Janeek, I didn't know that, thanks for the information and welcome to the board
  20. Rachel: Last year I drank out of my soda can, a red ant had crawled inside and bit be. Ouch it hurt! Nighty night folks, thank all of you for being you Talk to you tomorrow
  21. That's just awful skinny. I have found that I just have to wait it out. Maybe some 7up, gatorade to make sure you are hydrated. If you have any gluten-free bread, applesause, white rice. Hope you get better soon
  22. Rachel: How does it feel to have a whole town named after you!
  23. Welcome to the boards Brittany. I don't have DH so I am afraid I can't answer your questions about that. I am thinking that if you have a positive blood test, it's also possible you don't have the damage to your villi when they do the biopsy, so it could still be that you have it. Maybe someone else can help out here. Also, the endscopy (biopsy) does...
  24. Oh, Julie that does sound good! I think your hair looks great, not at all like the hair of the 80"s! Thanks Rachel, guess my name is only strange to me! I have to tell you guys, my breasts and tummy have grown so I might have the alien baby in me! I think I posted on another thread that I was asked if I was pregnant! Not a chance of that! Maybe...
