    Candida overgrowth? It can get especially bad after a lot of antibiotics. With the gastro stuff, and especially the gas, I'd highly suspect that. Nancy

    I have the Cuisinart Breadmaker. LOVE IT!!! Just the fact that it has a gluten-free setting is great. I just use it with mixes. My favorite is Pamela's Amazing Wheat-free Bread Mix.     The overeating may go away as your body heals. That's what happened to me. I was one of those people who was always either eating, or trying to resist the urge to eat.     Chevy's chips and salsa. I used to LOVE that stuff. I know that the salsa is gluten-free, but the chips are fried in the same oil as everything else, so it's contaminated.
