    I get puffy eyes also around my eye, some days it's bad some days it's not, I am not eating Gluten I am assuming it is something eles. Also my actual eyes swell ,are red, and irritated , I know it is not Gluten, I will talk to my Dr. Soon. I am certain it is another sort of allergy.

    We were -13ºF was -26º below wind chill this morning ughhhh !! Tomorrow is going to be cold also, but then come Thrusday we are going to be above 20 whoo hoo!! Cannot wait!     I have never had a problem going gluten-free at 1st, then with the corn intolerance I do find it hard. But I would never do that to myself! Not on purpose anyway!     My daughter goes thru that. She has Hypo Glycemia? I believe thats what she has. She doesn't live by me. But she said he blood sugar drops after she eats something sugary.

    It can cause acid reflux, sometimes people go to the Hosp. because they think they are having a heart attack and find out it is acid reflux. It happened to me. I didn't go to the Hosp. but went to the Dr. after an episode.

    a couple of weeks is so hard to say you have been 100% gluten free. It is so early! I found things I was eating that had hidden Gluten in them.     My husband is a gluten eater and I am not. I have never had a dishwasher. I do most of the cooking. I do have my designated pans and he has his. When it comes to washing dishes I wash his 1st. Then when I wash mine I get my sponge I don't set my dishes in water I let the water run over my dishes. I wash and rinse with the water running , dry them and put...

    I Made Taco's the other night we made them a wrap with lettuce We both loved them Anyway I am making a roasted Chicken. Tonight. I am thinking with left over Chicken we may have to make Chicken Tacos or a chicken casserole of some sort.

    I have had 1 back surgery, Yes the other methods do ease some of the pain. But I just needed something to get the rest of the pain. I did take Tylenol. It is muscle pain. I took Tylenol once in the morning once at night. Then 1 the next morning. So I took 3 and my back is much better. Thank you everyone. Tylenol may have corn in it but it didn't bother me...

    Thank you, Ohhh swelling comes and goes. I am sure it's nothing I am eating. i am going to the Dr. but he is out of town so I will wait till he comes back. I don't want to go to another Dr. My Dr. knows me. I had an appt with a dermatologist I thought well maby they can give me insight.     Ok it has been 7 months since I was Dx'd , My report is that it is going pretty good in fact very good Gluten wise , but I also figured out I am Corn intolerant , around Oct, so 3 months Corn free.     My back has been killin me, I have just been trying to suffer thru it. But not working. Is there something over the counter I can take like Tylenol or Asprin that is Gluten and Corn free?? No use going to the Dr. he is on vaca and I cannot take high power pills anyway. But figured you guys would know. What does everyone take for pain?
