  3. Now yer talkin' Well, fridge has been switched out to one that works, dryer vent was blocked on the roof and should be ok now. Floor is mopped and I have a loaf of GFP bread in the oven
  4. When I was dairy free, I used vanilla rice milk--about a third less than what's called for.

  9. Oye Nik--for Tel, the oats were probably the same as eating a bowl of wheat and thus the dramatic reaction. He's one of the unlucky ones (as am I) who can nae tolerate oats--even the pure kind. This condition is so freakin frustrating sometimes....what works fer one doesn't necessarily work for another Hope he pheels better as the day goes on

  16. I was able to add dairy back in after being off of it for over 5 years. I still avoid soy, legumes, tapioca, and coconut but those are easy for me--dairy was hard There is hope--these food sensitivities are tough to figure out and a pain to live with but maybe at some point you will be able to tolerate them again

  19. Cross contamination is mentioned plenty--it's no different than a residue left on shared equipment during processing. That is assuming that the soap contained gluten in the first place. Celiac "publications and books" discuss avoiding damage to the villi, which is what they can measure and document--many super sensitives still have reactions that don...

  21. I almost never have cramping with D--as was suggested, I would give the gluten-free diet a try. Endoscopy is not without false negatives.
