    I had a colonoscopy and the endo/biopsy the same day. I remember nothing after they injected the sedative into my IV. Woke up feeling fine--definately have them put you all the way out

    That's the great thing! I have only found one frozen desert in the stores that I can eat--Sharon's sorbet (sweetened with sugar, not corn). By being able to use the Vance's, I can have something "creamy" once in a while.

    Andrea-- About the ice cream maker--the one that Rachel, Vincent and I have is the Cuisinart. It runs about $50. It is quick--after you prepare and pour in the ingredients, it takes about 25 minutes.     When I first went gluten-free, I would often wake up with that kind of ache in my wrists and hands. It gradually stopped happening.
