Where did you get the testing kit for the house candida?
I ordered from a place called immunolytics...I don't have the website linked here at home, so I'll have go post it from work. Scott the Betterhealthguy (I think www.betterhealthguy.com) also has it lised on his mold page. It wasn't cheap...5 plates cost $175!! One of them was damaged in shipment so I only used 4.
One thing with the glittery polish is, they tend to be difficult to remove.Oh yead, definitely...hate taking it off, but I like the way it looks. These are subtle glitter...they're in a clear tinted polish, so it's not overpowering...may get some of the overpowering ones too though.
So I made some little check off lists, it fits four copies on a page. I have one that works for most days, and then another that works during the week I take DMPS and have to skip minerals. I am going to try this for a few days and see if it helps.Yeah, I've done this too but keep forgetting to check them off, lol. I've got all my bottles lined up on the counter, and all the ones that require refrigeration on one shelf in my refrigerator.

Yikes!
So the bathroom tested normal?? Where do you have the biggest mold problem and what do you think is causing it?
Donna...so does this mean you got candida from your house...or vice versa??
Maybe you can put your house on the diet.
That's EXACTLY what I said...I'll put my house on the candida diet, lol. Then I think it was Carla who said I should sprinkle the powdered Nystatin on it.
Their reference range is:
1-4 = within normal range
5-8 = cause for concern
9 (or more) is hazardous (illness likely)
My bathroom and kitchen were both only a 1 !!!!
My bedroom was a 2!!
My LIVINGROOM is a 10!!!
I put the test plate on the small coffee table I have right by the couch...that's where I spend all my time, so figured that was a good place to test. It's got to be in the carpet and curtains. The carpet is more than 20 years old. I've been here 19 years and it was here when I moved in. My curtains have been in since I moved in. So I'm pretty sure that's it. Dr. S was right on when he said I should get rid of the carpet immediately.
Still, my bedroom has the same carpet, so I think it's the moisture downstairs. I've had dogs, and who knows what the people who lived here before had (it was a rental unit). I know personally, I've spilled lots of stuff on the carpet, dogs peed, and there's all the stuff I've used to "clean" it. Since I spend more time down here, there's been more "action" on the carpet down here.
So, I think I've got my priority for work...if the mold is in the bathroom, it's apparently not causing much of a problem, so I can leave it there for a while, but got to get rid of the carpet as soon as possible. Not sure how I'm going to accomplish that just yet, but have a couple of ideas.

Thanks Donna and Andrea.
I'll be taking a weeks vacation following my mercury LED....so I'll be having some time to chill out.
I havent taken my last two scheduled weeks off cuz my boss didnt want me to go and I didnt have plans....so they keep getting postponed.
I wanna make sure I get some time off while its still summer so I'm going after my last LED treatment FOR SURE!!
You're welcome! Sounds like a great plan with the weeks off...yeah, you may NEED a week off after the mercury treatment.
I don't know if you're planning to go back to read what happened in the last few days...did you see that my house DOES have mold, but it's not in the bathroom, and the only thing that ws found was candida! My house has candida.
Unfortunately, the living room is a 10 on a scale of 1-9.
They consider that hazardous.
Donna, you've won! I had peanut butter! But peanuts are not really nuts right?! I didn't realise it wasn't allowed on the anti-candida diet and that it can be really moldy. So thanks for that info Jin.
Yep, peanuts are not technically nuts, lol, but they are among the worst for mold. I've still got a little almond butter in my fridge and have been thinking about it for the last 15 minutes or so, lol. I just had a nice big steak, so it's not hunger, it's more that strong desire for sweetness, lol. Stupid mold.
Well, we are having rice for lunch and treats to follow. S is soooooooo happy as well as the other two. I certainly hope they cleared the foods and we don't have to go through this again. I'm not willing to have them loose that much weight again......nor my hubby.Oooohhh, rice sounds so good.

Yes, I had an endoscopy and a colonoscopy at the same time last year, then proceded to have two more endoscopies. I don't remember anything from any of them. WIth the first one (with the colonoscopy), I was pretty groggy for a while after coming out of it and appearently I asked the nurse the same question three times, and still don't know what the answer was.
My mom said she answered me each time, but I just couldn't remember anything from the time they wheeled me into the room until we were driving home.
It was the same for the second and third endoscopies, but was less groggy coming out of it...I guess because I didn't have the extra ooomph of the drugs for the colonoscopy.

Oh Rachel, I think that is the most exciting report I've heard from you so far!!!!!! Woo hoo!!!
I'm so glad you are back!!
Yesterday I did not get to comment on your pretty toes! I had so much to reply to, I thought I would do that today. My posts can be too long sometimes for some people, I think. My toes are still bright blue. It looks like I squished a bunch of smurfs and painted them onto my toes!My mother got us a new polish that is a watermelon pink. I can only put it on my toes, since I do not know if it is gluten-free.
Ha, yesterday I bought a bright orange polish.
Today I added subtle glitter to my flowers.
I'm thinking once you get on top of things that you'll be able to eat more without stressing your adrenals.Yeah me too. Although, it's not a direct result, but the diet takes burden off teh body any my doctor says that each burden you take off of the body helps the body do what it's supposed to. Sugar is HORRIBLE for stressed adrenals though, lol.

Slept better last night! Yay.
I'm not real fond of Rocky.Me either...it's the one I was reacting too several months ago, but I'm hoping if Anna successfully desensitized me that I can have it once a week or so. I will also try the kosher or Empire chicken. I know you order from US Wellness meats...do you get their chicken? (Sorry, can't remember, although I know you've mentioned it)... Anna can order their stuff (saves on shipping or something like that).
You are doing better than I am on the no treats. I am trying to go without unhealthy stuff.Yeah, but the eye socket aching started already last night.
That's a herx symptom when I cut out all sugars.
I was taking my shower this morning and probably could have stayed there for hours...just standing under the water.
I don;t know if anyone has any experience with this, but all of you are so knowledgeable so I thought I'd give it a shot. I am absolutely exhausted and have no idea why. I had allergy testing and found out I am SEVERELY allergic to grass of all kinds. I am now taking Nasonex (nasal spray) to help with that, but it's not really helping much. I live in LA and grass is everywhere, especially Bermuda grass which is what I am a ten on a scale of 1-10. It doesn't seem to be food-related, but I have no idea what it is then. I also have developed what my doctor thinks is acid reflux, pretty bad. I wake up about every other night with SEVER nausea. I start sweating, lose ALL color in my face, the room starts spinning, etc. I am now taking 2 prilosec before bed. I am just exhausted. I feel like I felt when I was really anemic, but I am pretty sure I'm not anemic again. I guess even if nobody has ideas, I just need to vent. This is horrible, I have less energy than my almost 50 year old mom who only sleeps about 3-4 hours every night. I am also getting a lot of sleep, average of 9-12 hours a night. I start school again on Wednesday and I have NO idea how I am going to make it through a school day. Any ideas/ suggestions/ thoughts are greatly appreciated!Kassandra, your symptoms sound a lot like mine, well, except for the sleep thing, lol. A few years ago I suddenly developed environmental allergies to just about everything, oak/trees, mold and sage being 10s...I'd never been allergic to anything before that. The rest of the stuff they tested me for were somewhere between 7s and 9s. The allergy medicines (tried all the prescription ones), helped only slightly, with Zyrtec being the most effective (but still not helping much). I started getting sinus infections about every 5-6 weeks. I get one, they'd put me on antibiotics and prednisone for 10 days, I'd feel better for a week and then I'd get another one. Doc thought it was just the "allergies" at first, but when I wasn't responding to the allergy shots, he started exploring other options. One was thyroid, but all my testing came back normal. He also thought candida, but the meds didn't seem to help much. The diet DID help though, and the two times I stayed on the diet, the first time 3 months and the second time 6 months, I wasn't sick once. As soon as I'd go off the diet (which was naturally gluten free), I'd get sick.
It was at that point that I discovered the gluten/casein issue, and once cutting those out, the "allergies" definitely got better, but I was still exhausted all the time. Absolutey no energy, dizzy all the time, extremely low blood pressure, diarrhea, nausea...I WAS sleeping better during that time but still not great. I started seeing some doctors (I refer to them in my posts as the HN doctors), who did some better testing and found that my adrenals were exhausted. That was pretty much a given, but was glad they did the testing. They found a lot of hormones and body functions out of whack.
I started improving once I started taking supplements and making some lifestyle changes to address the adrenals, but that still wasn't it. I improved a bit more after discovering many of the foods I thought were supposed to be safe, I was actually intolerant to. That took enough burden off my body, and that together with the nutritional supplementation helped give me back some energy.
I started seeing a lyme doctor who did a bunch more testing and we've discovered a bunch of other serious stuff, that probably account for most of the "allergies" that I have, and I'm hopeful that once these issues are addressed the allergies will take care of themselves. Hope, hope, hope.
All of this makes sense to me, especially since in the last few weeks I've binged on some of those foods I shouldn't eat, and I've cut out some of the supplementation...I can almost feel my adrenals getting sluggish again and I can feel the return of some of the congestion, etc. that I used to feel.
-
I didn't see any out, and didn't ask this time. I figured I'd try the regular ole Rocky first. Next week I'll ask specifically for the Empire or any other kosher chicken they may have.
-
(Donna, hold me I am scared, I am understanding tom!
)
There is a possibility that cow's milk is the only kind of dairy with casein. Goat's milk may still have the sugar in it, however.
Lactose could be an issue still. I agree that makes sense.
Yes, goat milk does have casein. It's structure is enough different from cow casein that some people can have it without issue...I was hoping I was one of them, but don't think so. Sucks big time.
On a different note...made it through so far today without 1 nut, lol. No nut butters, nothing. Didn't buy any cookies, no chocolate chips, nothing.
I'm hungry.
I did, however, have my very first piece of chicken since January! Too soon to tell how THAT's going to work for me since my reactions are almost always delayed, but so far so good, and it really tasted good.
-
First the really important news....I have neon blue toes with pink flowers.
(Well, not neon in MY definition, but that's the name of the color, lol)
I slept better last night...well, at least until 2:36 am. Then not at all, but hey, got 5 hours of sleep in in one shot.
The not so good news is that I have really bad D today. I don't know what's causing it, but I'm really thinking it's not good. My gut is really noisy too. I did the stool tests this morning so it will be interesting to see what that shows...it was a good day to do the test if you know what I mean.
Yep, I was most disappointed not to be like Carla with the milk. And of all the foods I have tested this summer, milk seems to have caused the most upset in terms of the intestines--this week I have had a lot more bloating, nausea, and diarrhea.I agree Donna about only one change at a time. The problem has been that it seems like I have normal ups and downs with the gut healing process. Also ups and downs with the lyme disease as I don't have the clear herx schedule like Carla has had. With the milk I had symptoms then got better then worse then better if you know what I mean. So I am still not completely sure this is all due to milk, just suspect it might be.
I'm trying to adjust my buffered C but can't hit on the right amount. When I skipped 2/3 of the dose one day because of diarrhea, the next day I didn't go at all. When I went back to the full dose, I had diarrhea again. So I am going to cut back half a dose and see what happens. Before trying milk this wasn't so sensitive, though I have been gradually cutting back magnesium and Vit C (yeah, I think it is a sign I am healing.)
Yeah, I'm really disappointed about the milk too. I miss that more than gluten. I didn't eat much gluten anyway, but milk products...oh do I love my butter and yogurt. I think I knew I didn't do well with goats milk but wanted to try it since I'd been away from it for a while. I thought maybe the sheep's milk would be okay, but that didn't do well either.
Stupid gut!
I have the same problem with the Vit C. I'm using crystals and started with only 1/2 tsp at a time, but that was too much. Went down to 1/8 tsp, but that wasn't enough, lol. I've finally worked my way up so that I can have 1/4 tsp 3 times a day. That gives me about 3200mg of vit C.
-
Okay, you're on...no nuts! Yeah, I'd like me a potato once in a while, but fortunately haven't eaten those regularly for the last 5 years or so, so almost used to it by now, lol.
Yep, the funds are hard...I've gone into debt with all this testing and stuff, and that's no fun.
-
You're welcome Suzie. Well, I'm sure a lot of the intolerances were due to the Lyme, mercury, mold toxicity, etc. So finding out that those were definitely problems was the first step.
In November of last year, one of my doctors put me on an elimination diet to try to figure out what was bothering me. I never could figure it out because I reacted to just about everything it seems. That was not long after Rachel had started seeing the lady at BioSET for electrodermal testing. I decided to try it to see if she could help with the food and to tell me if I might have lyme. She didn't find the lyme because apparently I wasn't sensitized to it, but she did find a BUNCH of foods that I was reacting to. (I later found the lyme by another "alternative" testing called ART (muscle testing), and then confirmed that with a blood test.)
Oddy, most of the foods on the base elimination diet that were considered "safe" were on the list of foods I reacted to, so that is why I didn't get anywhere with the elimination diet. I cut out all the foods that she told me to and felt better right away. I'm still basically eating that core diet that she said was safe, and have tried to add a few things, some with success but most not, and I'm thinking that's because of the mold/lyme/mercury situation. Until I knock that down a bit my gut probably won't heal much. And if I keep insisting on eating cookies and chocolate will probably actually make things worse.
So, I have resolved to start TOMORROW on a strict candida diet and cut nuts out completely for at least a week, lol.

My test last week for milk didn't go really well. Not strong dramatic symptoms, but felt foggy and fatigued enough that I couldn't do much. But the worse thing is that I haven't been well all week ever since that. Prone to abdominal symptoms, tired, have to push through to keep working. Ugh. Don't know if it is all milk related--how do we ever figure all this out, guys??
It's hard to be sure! The same thing has been happening to me...same symptoms after my goat milk/sheep milk yogurt experiment. I still haven't recovered. Definitely having abdominal symptoms too...and I've been very congested for about a week...haven't had that happen in nearly a year, so it really has to be the sheep/goat yogurts...possibly the overload of sugar from the two cookie binges so close together and so close to the yogurts. I think the best way to figure it out is to try something new when it's the only new thing you're trying if that makes sense. I was able to tell pretty well from January until a couple of months ago what was bothering me as long as I only tried 1 new thing at a time...including supplements, but anytime I tried more than one thing, even if it was a new supplement and a new food, the issue was muddied and harder to figure out.
I think that true celiacs/gluten intolerants seem more prone to food sensitivities.Unfortunately.
-
Nope, haven't heard from Rachel...she probably has another treatment this afternoon, so we may not hear from her now until later in the weekend. I hope we haven't heard from her because she's out having a great time somewhere, or at the very worst that the last treatment just wore her out a bit more than it seemed.
no longer in denial about being a moldieMust recite this to myself, must recite this to myself. Note to self: recite above 50 time
So, a question for those who are following the anti-candida diet. I've seen different opinions in different places about the things that should be cut out. I've read a lot on Whole Approach's website in the past. Anyone have any recommendations about which version of the diet to follow? Also, is it necessary to take the anti-fungals?Good that you've discovered the zinc deficiency! Yeah, sometimes the alternative or integrated doctors think of these things long before a "regular" doctor would.
As far as the diet...I followed one that my doctor gave me about 4 or 5 years ago. I looked at the Whole Approach one, and it looks good too, but seemed in my mind a bit complicated. The one my doctor gave me was a bit strict, but there were really no other pieces to the puzzle...except for nystatin. He did prescribe nystatin while I was on the diet, but I have to admit I didn't refill that once it was gone. My insurance wouldn't pay for more than ONE pill of diflucan, so that's all I ever took of it. The nystatin was fine, but I just never could tell if it was helping or not and so decided to not take it.
I'm not currently taking any prescription antifungals. The only thing I'm taking directly for the candida is pau d'arco tea. I drink one cup a day, sometimes two. The other things I'm taking probably help with the candida, but are more for the lyme and mercury and general bacterial stuff. And, of course TRYING to limit sugar in all forms and most fermented or aged stuff. No mushrooms.
Donna - that's amazing about your flat and the candidaWould steam cleaning be hot enough to kill it?
Should have added another question to my post above - is being sensitive to mold indicative of candida overgrowth? I ate some nuts a few days ago and one tasted moldy. My stomach griped up almost immediately and is still struggling to feel right. Are nuts with their shells on still likely to be moldy? I think I might have to be nut free for the duration.
I don't know if the steam would get hot enough. The last people that came out to clean it (several years ago) said the carpet was so old they wouldn't even recommend cleaning it, lol.
I've done it myself a couple of times since then with a home steam cleaner. I really just need to have it taken out and replaced with hardwood.
And re your second question. My old allergist thought so. That's one reason why he told me not to eat mushrooms, etc. I am actually allergic to mold...came up on every skin scratch testing I've ever had, AND on BioSET, and on blood tests, so yeah, I shouldn't be eating anything associated with mold, including nuts.
-
Carla, don't have (or haven't written it down yet) recipe. I think I am reacting to the almond butter...it's subtle but I still think I'm reacting. I DO think I can still have cashew butter, so could probably substitute. The only thing I think I might not be able to have yet is agave nectar. Maybe I could put just a touch of that in there and maybe a little stevia (which is what I normally use, but don't love the taste of). Oh, and the chocolate...that tested REALLY bad for me in BioSET, and I think she desensitized me, but every time I each chocolate I seem to react. Doesn't actually stop me I guess, although I really AM trying to avoid it.
-
Rachel better come back soon...we are SOOOOO off our scientificness.
Yeah, I've even tried to make my own chocolate...THAT didn't turn out well at all.
Ugh - do I *really* want to do that?Yeah, after the day I've had at work, I wonder if *I* want to do that, lol.
The diet.......not much fun especially with all the driving. One of the things on my list was histamines and the only meat we can eat is turkey. I've discovered that histamine foods make me tired. I've had a hellacious time driving and being tired. Today I will not eat turkey until we get home. I was hoping that would help but I was up till 3 am because T woke up when daddy swung by to pick up some more food at 1:15 am, and I'm already tired.Sorry T is having such a terrible time. Yeah, the lack of portableness to our diets here is really a bummer. Makes it really hard. I'm hoping I've dodged the jury duty bullet...just need to sweat out two more check-ins...if I get called it's going to be really hard. I'll have to bring a cooler everyday.
We do not care about easy when it comes to chocolate. The issue is getting some chocolate! You silly man!
Exactly! What Jin said.
Donna, why not get powdered Nystatin for the carpet ... just use it like those carpet powders! LOLI might try it.
One would regularly have all-natural locally-produced boneless skinless breasts for $1.88/lb!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Wow, can't remember WHEN I might have seen a price like this!
Now, I have heard, and believe, that in a matter of decades, a woman may run a marathon faster than the top man - but, no offense, it won't be you, Donna.I hate running, lol...don't run for nothin'.
In pursuit of chocolate, Donna could simply go to the Long's 4 doors over. Or the ^%@#%^#!* starbucks next door! Or the little cafe next to that!Or to any number of other favorite chocolate stashes.
Donna? what time!!!?My time.
Donna might just go to Starbucks instead! When chocolate calls, we answer! Chocolate is better than men for so many reasons. You can always depend on chocolate to make you happy. Men on the other hand, typically disappoint. And, yeah, hands down, we can handle pain better.Umm, to prove what, that you can Google better than everyone else????
-
Donna I just have to laugh about your carpet having a yeast infection
Julie! Was hoping we didn't lose you again!
Yes, weird things just seem to happen around me, lol
If it's weird, it's going to happen to me.
He has no idea what a woman will do for chocolate!Ain't that the truth.
Funny story...My friend L and I have worked together for many years...we used to work in the same office, but now she works in another of our offices in another city. She's the one I always travel with by-the-way, and the only one in the world who may be lazier than I am.
Anyway, we were working the 4-midnight shift several years ago and she could hear me rumaging through my drawers...loud banging ensued, stuff was overturned, papers shuffled... you get the idea. She says "Donna, what are you doing over there" (we were separated by a partition). I said "I'm looking for a stray M&M at the bottom of my drawer and if I find one I'm eating it."
Okay, maybe not so funny as it is pathetic, but truly, one does not know what another will do for chocolate.
She threw a mini hershey's over the partition at me and everyone lived happily ever after.
-
Hmmm by now you prob said how this worked out. If not, SAY SO!
(please)
Didn't try it...the bag had a leak in it so I was afraid of bacteria (getting a bit phobic about that these days), and that one was in my freezer for at least 8 months I think, so I decided to buy 1 piece this weekend and try it the day I buy it...more of a true test.
Are delusions a symptom of sugar withdrawal?I can't even imagine how u could've gotten it into your head that I might fail to stop u today!!!
Delusions?! I think not.
Not saying you wouldn't make a valiant effort to be sure, lol, but I'm crafty in that regard, and I'm SURE I come close to outweighing you, although your height may make that a bit deceiving.
A Question for the Moldies!Do you use lemon juice? (Freshly squeezed of course)
I've seen it recommended in probably every anti-candida diet, so I highly doubt it would be moldy.
On a personal note - YAY I LOVE SAN JOSE!!!!
Ha, glad you are liking SJ...this is our hot spell, so if you're still loving it then I guess it'll work weather wise for you.
Don't use lemon juice. I have to double check, but I think that was also something I was desensitized to, so at least at one point wasn't a good thing...maybe I'll try it this week.
May also just throw a bunch of lemon juice on my carpet.
j/k
or am I?!
-
It's my super sweet personality. Yeah, that's it.
-
Oh Charlie, I can't imagine what she is going through! Wow! The procedure sounds scarey in and of itself, but probably less so than a lifetime of the kind of pain she is in. Am I assuming correctly that that is a picture of her?
-
Well, here are some things I found on my research about candida:
Yeast survival outside the host is poorly understood (Koike et al., 1992; Odds, 1991; Valdes-Collazo et al., 1987). We have found that Cryptococcus spp. and also Candida albicans survive well in the environment, i.e. more than 24 weeks in an experimental mixture of soil and water, at 20 -
Do you want chocolate, or does it matter? I am not too picky.
That is so weird about your heel itching again. Maybe it was the cranberries. It makes sense if that is something you have not had in a long time. I bet that drives you crazy! Also, let us know how you do with the chicken!
Chocolate of course, lol...course that's absolutely the worst thing I can have...came up all over the place in BioSET, but it's my favorite.
Didn't end up trying the chicken. It was in a ziplock bag, which looked okay when I took it out of the freezer, but when I took it out to cook it, it had a leak in the bag, so I decided not to chance eating it. If I eat it I want it to be a true test, so I'll buy some fresh this weekend and try it the same day I buy it.
Where's Rachel been?I've been wondering myself!
Yuck i slept terribly last night, i feel like i went to bed knowing it was going to be a bad night- i was hoping i was wrong.I had my chelation and colonics yesturday and a long talk with my doc. So i ahve kind of an update but i will post about it later
Can't wait to hear the update. I didn't sleep well last night either, so it's not just the LymePlus for me, lol.
-
Donna--I just read that your living room has candida
Maybe some Monistat in a carpet shampoo machine?
Hey Patti, we've missed you!!!
-
Thanks Andrea...you're making me want to go get the ASYRA test, lol!
Got my blood drawn today for the test Anna ordered. The lab couldn't find the test...looked all over for it, I told them it was some kind of Vit D test. They ended up having to call Anna, who wasn't there for a long time, but they finally got through. Still never found the test, but she gave them another number they could use instead. Sheesh, lol...I was there for probably almost an hour, for a tiny little vial.
Everyone was very nice though and the blood lady was good--didn't even feel the needle, so I'm not mad...and the lab guy said "you have a very nice doctor". Apparently a lot of doctors give them grief if they can't read what the doctors write, and apprently Anna was very nice (she really is, lol).
Got my mold results back.
The reference numbers:
1 to 4 total colonies per room is within a normal range
5 to 8 colonies per room is a cause for concern (illness possible)
9 total colonies per room is hazardous (illness likely)
Okay, so here are my results:
Kitchen, 1 total colony (Candida)
Bedroom, 2 total colonies (Candida)
Bathroom, 1 total colony (Candida)
Car (test plate was damaged so they couldn't count it)
Okay, now for the biggie:
Livingroom, 10 total colonies (Candida)
My condo has CANDIDA
Can a house have candida...why did I think that could only be inside the body?!
Must do research tomorrow... At least I know I don't have to tear up my bathroom...the mold may be inside the walls, but it's not inside my condo, so that's good.
But my livingroom...egads. I guess I really need to get rid of the carpet and furniture and curtains...could it be in the walls. Oh sheesh, lol.
I'm putting my condo on a no sugar diet!
-
Yep, I sleep with a fan on in the summer and a white noise machine in the winter, lol.
I also take 500 mg magnesium late in the evening, lol.
Omg...i Might Be On To Something

Could have been written by me...
They have a specialized clinic here in the SF Bay Area. I don't think they are associated with any other doctors in other cities, altough I think they're planning to open another clinic in this area. They are a group of doctors: an internist, a nutritionist, chiropractor and physical therapist. They work as a team on each patient to get to the bottom of why they aren't well and to treat--they discuss my case every week.
They suspected adrenals in me, but that was a no-brainer really. It sounds like your adrenals are stressed too. I used to be able to do some pretty intense cardio, but I can't anymore...adrenals were a direct issue in that regard. Anyway, they are what I call "integrated". They practice "regular" medicine, but do more thorough testing than regular doctors usually do and have some "alternative" ideas. I had H-Pylori back in November of last year...it does sound like you might have that too especially if you suspect an ulcer.
Another "doctor" who is part of my team is the lady who I see for BioSET. That's the electrodermal muscle testing, and so far it's been pretty accurate. That's how I found out about all the food intolerances.
Another doctor who is part of my team is my LLMD, who tested me for a BUNCH of stuff other than lyme. That's how I found out about the mold toxicity, the essential elements deficiencies, metals and of course the lyme.
I still see all these doctors regularly and each is aware of the others and what they are doing, which is so refreshing, lol.
