    Wow! One of my old favorites was Kit Kat! and so when I have all these ingredients together I will make something really nice. I cannot believe how easily pleased I am nowadays, anything like this makes me happy, I guess that's what happens when your restricted on what you can and cannot eat.

    I should have kept the link, it appears that not all of their lipsticks contain Gluten, its only the AMPLIFIED, AND CREMESHEEN lines that have Gluten.

    Jeeez this is a nightmare, one thing after another!! but luckily I don't feed my pets, my husband does, however I do pet them, and I ALWAYS wash my hands afterwards ALWAYS, so I am thinking I should be fine.

    pipermarau, Good advice, but you mentioned pets, could you explain further what you meant, because it sounded like you meant get rid of them? could you elaborate on that, as for many people pets are very very important, and that would not be an option.

    Hi, its a 14 Fl oz can, he will love it! and yes the avocado does make it creamy. Actually I am completely stoked about this ice cream, it tastes far far better than anything I have ever bought and eaten in a shop... and of course you can add your favorite nuts, chips etc before freezing..

    Hi, I looked online and that's where I found the info, in fact its both the lipsticks I use!!! and I only have TWO ha ha!!, one is called AMPLIFIED, (Vegas Volt) and the other is. CREMESHEENE(Ravishing). Actually if anyone sees this I am having trouble finding info on Clinique products too, their foundations, I might start a new post on that one.

    I meant to add that its important to keep a food diary for a short while, write down everything you eat, what you ate, if you have stomach ache, your symptoms, how you feel etc etc, its really helpful. I had a problem with Candida earlier in the year, and I had terrible brain fog, I would open my mouth to say one thing, and something entirely different...

    Hi, I think your rushing everything. I understand your panicking and that you want to be well, but i think you need to carefully work your way through stuff, and cutting out everything all at once is going to be more detrimental to you in the long run...In your place I would continue to eat meat if I had always eaten it, cut out dairy completely whilst waiting...

    Thank you, but I don't have a whole foods where I live. I know I can make some brownies, but I was kinda looking for sweets. I am confused about corn syrup as the bottle of vanilla I purchase today stated "no corn syrup" and then further down Gluten free, so no wonder ha ha! but now I know corn syrup is fine does that mean starbursts are okay to eat...
