  1. Panera bread used their chicken products. They don't cary the convenience foods.
  2. For all of you that are near Worcester, the Crown Bakery on Gold Star Blvd has gluten-free treats!!! They have at least 4 different things. Never would have thought I could have that stuff!!! They also make birthday cakes to your order. It's defianlty worth going for a coffee in a treat!!!
  3. Hi Kayjay, I babysitt my nephew and I always read the labels of the food he eats so that I have all the info if ever my kids have to follow a gluten-free diet. He does enjoy the fruit puffs...his favorite!! But, gerber also makes the "Wagon Wheels" crackers. I think thats what they're called. They make cheeses flavors and even carrot and apple. Check...

  9. Alot of doctors diagnose IBS right away without going into more extensive testing. I thought I had IBS and the diet was fine for a while but all the symptoms came back. I got on a few supplements wich really helped but its not before i changed doctors, was diagnosed with gluten intolorence (possible celiac), and went gluten-free that all my symptoms disappeared...
  10. I also think it gets really hard. I think it may be because i like my pasta AlDente and I always undercook it. I think i will try to cook it for the full 10 to 12 minutes and see if it stays soft in the fridge.

  12. My favorite lunch is turkey and ham rollups. I put down a slice of each, a sliver of red pepper, and slice of avocado. It's delicious. I like baby carrots, pickles, roasted mini red potatoes that I cooked the previous night, sweet potatoe fries also cooked the previous night. To me, lunch is the easiest. I looooooooooooooove leftovers. I like making rice...
  13. I had constent symptoms for about a year. Mostly D & C. I mean, I couldn't even make a trip to the grocery store. I walked in and BOOM...I had to go big time. At night, I looked 6 months pregnant. I was so bloated it hurt really bad. I pretty much diagnosed myself with IBS and started taking supplements and changed started eating only "easy to diggest...

  19. Do you mean RISO pasta? My husband went to an italian market last weekend and showed up with a bag of Riso Fettucinni. Man, was so expensive...I'm gonna try it this weekend with sundried tomato and basil pesto.
  20. They are in the frozen section. Stores here seem to sell quite a bit so they look ok but you can always order from their website.
  21. Went to a family gathering a couple weeks ago in Canada, and my grandmother surpeised me with a gluten-free lasagna she made with Tinkyada noodles. It was so good I started crying.
  22. I am the same way. I did stop dairy for the first couple weeks until my bowels were normal. I do not react to cheese but I do take Lactaid supplements when I have milk or ice cream...no cramps that way!!

  25. Ok, I went on their site to find out what the ingredients were in their taco seasoning mix. Well, from what I read, the Hard Taco "Kit" includes a seasoning packet which clearly indicates Wheat as an ingredient. BUT, if you look at the ingrdients in the seasoning packet on it's own, it does NOT contain wheat. Am I having brain fog here or am I right...
