  2. I use Think Thin Bars. They are actually good...compared to the Lara bars Sorry...just cannot bring myself to like those.

  6. I don't know if anxiety is a symptom but I certainly have it I bought some "nerve tonic" cause my heart was just beating so fast I couldn't sit for 2 seconds. I'm better now but I think that's where my celiac started. I'm a pack of nerves I tell ya. Thank goodness for red wine
  7. I saw last night's episode and the previews for next week. I doubt celiac will be mentionned more then once or twice. I'm thinking House might write it on his board as a current disease that either the mom or the baby has already. Anxious to see it though.

  10. I use the stuff every day. It works great!! Be careful cause it's true, it does bleach your clothes. It bleached the colar of my new jacket...grrrrr.

  12. I'm with ya there. I moved to the States last year and always wanted to try them cause it's all everybody could talk about. Well, was I ever disappointed. It's was so disgusting. I had one bite and that was it. Thought I had swallowed raw sugar glazed dough. So heavy.
  13. I never had weight issues. Always been very normal in that area. Just had problems with my bowels and bloating. I was diagnosed with gluten intolorence but not with Celiac (no difference really..treatment is the same).

  16. Tried the Envirokids cocoa crispies for the first time this morning...WOW!!! I'm a kid again. My aunt buys it for my nephew all the time...he's a perfectly healthy boy...my aunt is in to the organic stuff.
  17. I do have one at home...will check tonight on the brand and post tomorrow. I am pretty sure it's gluten free. I never reacted to it and the ingredients all seem ok.

  21. I don't know what to think about the gluten in the charcoal. I mean, they are pretty much all burned to ashes before you even put food on the grill. If my food doesn't touch the charcoal, how could my food even have gluten in it? Like I said in my previous post, I have had my food cooked on charcoal every night for the past 2 weeks, and no reaction at...
  22. VH products are not sold in the US. I am from Canada and I do buy a supply when I visit my family. Their sauces are very good and I have not yet found any in the United States that even come close...especially the plum sauce.
  23. I love to stuff my chicken breast with sundried tomatoes and fresh basil. Brown it on stove top, transfer to oven until cooked through. Drizzle with a basil and garlic infused olive oil. I do sprinkle mine with parmesan cheese.
