hmmmm....sounds a little too easy to me. Looks like that would be the wet ingredients in a cookie recipe. I don't see how this could turn out. Sounds like scrambled peanut butter eggs or something..hahah -

Gluten challenges are usually about 6 weeks. Sorry to say but, I think I'll have to do it in February too. Not looking foward to it, though Olive Garden will see lots of me!!! Oh, I believe this is for endoscopy testing...not sure about blood tests. -

Be careful because most mexican restaurants use corn chips but they are freshly deep-fried in the same oil as the fried flour tortilla items. -

I decided to go see a gastroenterologist. I have an appointment at the Celiac center in Boston in February. I was thinking of starting to eat gluten again. Should I? I mean won't they put me on a gluten challange? I have been gluten free for over a year now. -

I had the Rampo Valley and the Bard's. Bard's is awesome...more bitter. The Rampo one is more of a sweet honey beer. -

I actually buy a mix of gluten free pantry sandwich bread, bake it, let it cool, slice it and let it dry over night, then put it in the food processor. It make alot, I just keep it in a freezer bag in the freezer and use as needed. -

I had a Bard's Tale too!!! Bought 5 six packs last weekend in Vermont on my way back from a trip to Montreal. Man, is that stuff good! That is beer!! Better than La Messagere and Rampo Valley thats for sure. Can't wait for poker tonight and have a REAL Beer -

Hi Jess, I got an appointment with Dr. Cheney. I've hear really good things about her. She must be really good, I can only see her in February. I hope it all works out good. My appointment is Valentine's day. I think we're gonna stay in Boston and have a nice dinner. -

I eat the plain with salt rice cakes. The ingredients are rice and salt! I like some honey almond butter on it..mmmm...sooooo good. If I feel like a treat, i put a few mini chocolate chips or nutella on it too. Man, I need to go eat..hahah -

I usually go to the restaurants that have gluten free info on their websites. Here are a few: Applebee's Uno's Chili's Olive Garden Denny's I have to tell you though, Bangor doesn't have the nicest of people. I don't think the waiters even know the size of their own underwear. I mostly have salads no croutons with oil and vinegar. So far, the best... -
