  4. yes, massage really does help, My PT taught my hubby the correct way to work my back to relive pain in my back and legs, it makes a difference when I'm in need
  5. my brother gets severe cramping in his feet, so bad it brings tears to his eyes. he was told it could be hes dehydrated and needs more potassium, so he started drinking about 8 glasses of water a day and at least one banana, its only been a little over a week and he said its helping? I guess it can't hurt to try it

I'm 5 feet 6 and about 107lbs, I workout on my glider 4-7 days a week and lift weights 5 days, not too heavy about 12 lb weights, but I did gain 3 pounds from all the rice I'm eating..before going gluten-free I ate very little carbs, now its rice and chicken with dairy free chocolate..I Never, ever ate chocolate before in the winter ppl think I'm too...

I've been using a glider for about 5 years now, theres no impact on the body and my pain Dr thinks its the best machine I can use.   9. your welcome, I used tenders, they were done in 10 mins..hubby even liked them..its a mild flavor so make sure you marinate, I did 5 hours..next time I might do them the night before
