  2. heres the recipe for our favorite..I put in on cookies and brownies too 3 tea butter 1/3 cup cocoa 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar [i use a little less] 1/8 cup milk [i use rice milk] 1/2 tea vanilla cream butter, mix sugar and cocoa together add milk to desired consistencey add vanilla yummy! you may want to double it for a cake..hope this helps

  6. thanks for the link to the list, there are some gluten-free and dairy free things I had no idea I could have you mentioned its canadian list, does that mean I should not depend on it? I'm shopping tomorrow and wanted to buy some of the stuff on the list thanks

  10. sounds like a virus to me too, my aunt was in the ER last night for terrible D and stomach pain, they said there is a bad virus going around feel better soon
