I don't know, I've purchased highly rated colors that I didn't absolutely love and vice versa, so I don't really go by the percentages. I think the reviews can be helpful to read though.     Organic beans are much better than conventionally grown beans, for the environment and nutritionally. I know Bob's Red Mill sells a 13-Bean Soup mix, but I don't know if it's organic.
