These sound great but does anyone have a recipe that does not call for sweet rice flour or brown rice flour I dont have access to either, I have white rice flour potato starch corn starch tapioca and bobs red mill all purpose, cinnamon rolls are somethin I just havent conqured yet and would love a recipe!!!

I love the gluten free pantry mix, we make about a loaf a week, in the bread machine but It also cooks in the oven, we let it cool slice it with an eletric knife( that way it is thin like sandwhich bread) and store it in the frig, it last longer this way and it great toasted!! it would make great tomato sandwhiches, I get the mix at wild oats but if you don...
  8. I use to have the ridges, but I have been gluten free for 5 years now and mine have improved greatly one of them use to look like a ducks, ridged foot.. I guess the gluten was the cause of this mine have a little now but hardly enough to talk about

My boyfriend and I love Pf changs, I sometimes feel sick after I eat here too but I think its the changs spicy shrimp is sorta heavy and SPICY but, I dont think its a gluten effect, we just discovered the gluten free cake and its so good and RICH! I wish they served it with ice cream but it was for sure great!
  10. You could have some gluten free yogurt, I eat kroger brand, but yoplait is good too. Lots of different fruits are a good snack. Add Brown rice to your dishes, its healthier than white. Fresh Fish.. Salmon ( good for you fats ) Tilapia, and tuna just for some examples. You can incorporate nuts as long as you can tolerate them and watch your portion size

I am planning on getting a bike this weekend, so I think a will have to start out doing a few miles at a time, what kind of bike should I get I actually havent had one since I was like 12 and it had FOOT BREAKS and no gears, I am thinkin I need somethin simple to start out with, and I will just be riding on the road in a neighborhood?
  12. I do beilive some people are prone to be thin, I do not try at all and really it doesnt bother me until some one points out how tiny I am, but really I have a real thin frame. My very very favorite pasta altough I havent tried the kind you are talkin about is Bio Nature, Penne or really any of them are great they taste like what I remember of regular pasta, they make regular pasta also but test the batches for the presence of gluten, make sure the bag says gluten free...and Fresh Market carries it!

Thanks for the help all of you, I know I have mentioned tryin to gain in previous threads, and I just want to make sure I am healthy is all that matters to me, I was just playin around on Web Md's site and realized that my BMI was relatively low. My mom tells me my metabolism with eventually slow down and I will gain I have been trying for at least 7 months...

Yea Ive never weighed more than 115 in my life but with this type of diet it is hard to keep the pounds on I guess a more accurate reading would be a bod pod or something, I know 105 is underweight but the last time I went to the doctor they werent too conserned but it worries me alittle, I worry I wont be able to get pregnat on down the road.

    I am 5"7 and 105 and that makes my BMI ( body mass index) 16.5. I was wondering if anyone is familar with these types of measurements? Are they takin into consideration everything? Aw my lowest is like 98 or something, I have actually done good, and maintained about 115 for like 3 years but all the sudden ive lost like 15 pounds over the course of 2 years, and it just doesn't make sense I am completely gluten free and thought I had trouble with dairy so now I take a lactaid or eat lactaid ice cream or drink lactaid milk.   23. I guess no one takes these vitamins, it says they are free of the common allergens wheat,corn, soy, yeast and milk.. so I was just wondering if anyone knew.
