This is how I feel when accidentally ingesting gluten, most from cross contamination or lack of awareness of its presence. -

It WILL get easier as you begin to find some staples. Clearly, fruits, vegetables, and meat you have prepared are healthy and safe. When you are just starting and on the run, you need a few things you know are gluten free that you can grab. Cinnamon Chex wit blueberries, or banana and Almond milk have been a life saver. I have been told that dairy should definitely be left out of diet after a celiac diagnosis. I do not know if this is forever or just until the colon has had time to heal.
