  1. I like Fiddle-Faddle's idea of of using gluten-free ingreidents for the pancakes. I would take some of your rice pasta and put it in a seperate container and maybe keep it away from the gluten table. In the event they do use wheat flour there is no chance for CC. Make yourself some gluten free goodies and take them to dinner so you guys can all eat together...
  2. I do not believe stress can effect this type of blood test, stress can effect hormones levels so that is why some different tests may be slightly abnormal. There are members here who have had negative celiac blood tests but have had a resolution of symptoms by the diet, if that makes any sense. Hope that helps Welcome to the Board!!!

  4. I just got a new dentist, and I found them very helpful. I called the office before hand and they answered all my questions and were very understanding. I did not have any problems at the appointment either. I was very happy.
  5. Also, if you have a Wegmans near, very celiac friendly. A big gluten free section and all of their house brands are labeled gluten free.
  6. Good to hear you found some Grainless Baker products. I highly recommend the Butterfly Cookies, Snickerdoodles, and their pizza. I like a lot of their stuff but those by far are my favorites. That is the best bread I have found gluten-free yet.
  7. I love Wegmans, very celiac friendly! Before our store opened in Sept, we used to drive to MD or NEPA to shop there.

  16. How's the selection there? I have never been to their site. I am out of the area by a few states but if there are hard to find things it might be worth the gander.

  18. The Mono test is a small purple tube, it gets spun and the plasma is frozen. We do ours here at HMC and they are run everyday. So you should have results in 2 days.

  20. I was asking him about his appendix, but he didn't seem to be holding that side of his body. He was throwing up this morning too....if he has a stomach flu I am hoping he won't be sharing that....it is no fun!
  21. Nope... But you know the honeymoon was not that great since he got pneumonia and was feeling his worst at that point....and you know he was finally getting better and now he is home sick again this time he was killing over with stomach pain this morning...I am getting worried about him.
