    The weather is very cold and windy here...we went out for lunch and it was cold the whole way there, and we ate at this old hotel and it was not warm inside at all....I am still cold 2 hrs later.     I don't think they are looking for loopholes to fill gluten to poison us. Our bodies cannot tolerate the ingredients that others can. Some folks (not just celiac's) cannot tolerate food colorings....they are not blaming companies for using the different dyes in products.     John and I have heard rave reviews about Pear flavored vodka, but when I was iffy last night I decided to pass on it until I could be sure. We will be purchasing that next time though.

    Welcome! Sometimes, the tests come back negative but if the person goes gluten free they can see positive changes in their health. Hope that helps

    Alex--I think that is very thoughtful to have both of them walk you down the aisle. In the end it is entirely up to you but I think it is a wonderful idea.

    This is a very good way to look at it. I am not a big drinker, usually weekends only, if that even. So the bottle will probably last quite a bit. I did have about 5 cosmo's last night....it was a cold Saturday evening and we were just sitting around watching movies.

    Emily-Giant is like a Safeway or Food Lion....normal sized grocery store. Nothing too fancy. Overall nice store. I am not a fan because in a 5 mile radius of my house I can tell you where at least 10 of them are. They are on every road in my area.

    Honestly, if it was me, if the changes in my diet worked for me, that would be all the evidence I needed. I had the initial bloodwork done, since my doctor suspected that celiac could be what was making me sick. The bloodwork came back, and when it was positive that was all I needed. She said there was no reason to do biopsies. I don't think I could go back...

    I wanted a small wedding nothing big....it was his family that wanted the wedding since they have a large relative-side family, if you know what I mean. In the end we ended up having a wedding of about 100, mainly family. Nothing elaborate at all. I enjoyed it. I can't wait to get the video. My head was swirling that day and I don't really remember everything...

    Sarah-Thats neat they live so close and the animals sound so cute. I think baby goats are adorable. I love going to to the county fair and seeing the animals. I love seeing the sheep before they get sheered (i think thats what it is called) they are so adorable.
