    I do not know if any of you guys have a Wegmans around, but their brand of Organic Strawberry corn flakes are gluten free and they are actually very good. I eat them dry all the time (a habit I have always had)

    Ohh poor Tori, I hope with some sleep she will be better. I am happy to see her wanting to be around Annika, that is better than rejecting her. I bet in a few days everything will settle down and things will start sailing a bit more smoothly.

    Hi Jenny, I do not use them myself, but another celiac friend I have in my area does use them frequently. I believe she got them at a GIG meeting. She loves them. Good Luck.

    Thing do happen and if you go to a place where the staff is not training properly or does not care for whatever reason you may or may not get sick. I have had more great experiences since going gluten-free than bad. I usually go to places with a gluten-free menu. I like Carla tell them a wheat allergy and the staff has always been helpful.     It wouldn't hurt to have it done. I remember having very painful bone pains pre-diagnosis. If you were sick for quite a few years and your body was missing those nutrients...it could have affected your bones. In the end it is up to you whether or not to have it done. I see it only being a help in your health.

    I have to say I have never seen a Peanut Butter jar that says fridge after opening either, but I would follow the instructions. Just in case. The way I see it, why run the risk of getting sick or ruining a a jar of PB.

    I either use the Wegmans brand sauce or Sweet Baby Ray's. Both are very tasty. I have also used Kraft too, they are a very trustworthy company when it comes to listing gluten.

    I love I-nursery's they allow family and friends who are not able to be there for the actual birth to still have a part in it.

    Perdue has already cooked chicken strips that are are labeled gluten free. This is a recent development. I was happy to see this. They are in the fridge section of the grocery store by the beef and chicken meats.
