  7. Hey everyone, So i've been taking my temp. in the mornings for a few days. My temp has been at 97.8 plus or minus .1 degree. I thought, okay, that seems okay. But then I figured I'd take my temp. during the time of day that I I start feeling ill, usually around 2:30 or 3pm. Here's my temp. profile for two days: Day1 time temp 6:30 97.7 11:30 ...
  8. Do you have to have a low temp. to have Hypothyroidism or Wilson's? Just curious...I seem to have all the symptoms, but I don't think that I have a low temp. I haven't done a consistant test of this though...not sure what to suggest to the doctor, but I just want to feel better. Thanks!
  9. Hey Amanda, I don't know if you have a new seasons by you, but my very favorite bread is Food for Life Chine Black Rice bread. That brand has other rice breads, but this one is THE BEST! I like it better than Kinnickinnick, myself.

  14. Can someone tell me what temperature is considered "low"--I looked on the Wilson's website and I couldn't find a specific number. I mean, are we talking 97 degrees or more like 94 degrees? Thanks so much!!
  15. Could someone explain to me how/why refined sugar is bad for you? I guess I just thought sugar is "a sugar" you know? I'd love some education on this because sugar kinda makes me ill sometimes. Thanks in advance!
  16. Does he give an explanation for not having peer review? Being a scientist, I am incredibly suspect of anyone who would conduct science and choose not to have their research validated thru peer review.

  22. My friend made me a pizza using Gluten-free pantry pizza dough mix...it was so good! It totally tasted like pan-style pizza from pizza hut!
  23. I understand that "I am doing damage" I tried to reinstate that again and again, and that wasn't really my question.

After reading a scientific study (I think swedish study) that actually measured the amount of gluten in many popular beers, I started to take my chances--many of the beers were below the limit at which one would say the product contained gluten. I am not super sensitive, though and I do not react to cross contamination either. Drinking a beer most definately...
  25. So everybody who has read this post does feel the effects of gluten when they drink beer? I am asking because I am confused about the severity of my GI. If anyone can shed some light, that would be awesome.
