Okay guys, I think my mom glutened me with Beef Bouillon yesterday. Once I was home (sick) she read me the ingredients and I didn't hear anything suspicious really, but I still think it was that since I got sick (major D) within 30-40 minutes after eating pot roast that she had seasoned with beef bouillon.
