    Well, I've seen LOTS of pictures of Susie Q, and you are right, in each and every one she is holding a glass of wine. You should see the rock climbing ones, it's quite a skill to climb AND carry the glass of wine without spilling a drop.

    I love this site for that very feature! I don't use it very often though because I just don't do any grocery shopping on-line. I wish more sites would borrow this feature though, it would make it so much easier to be able to sift through items according to ingredients that need to be avoided.

    Well whatever you did it worked! Let me know how it goes with the oregano caps, I'm curious to see if that makes a difference. A cold front moved through this weekend, and the higher elevations even got snow. I was pretty stiff and sore, in my joints especially, yesterday. I wonder why this is?     I took a look at your presentation and I think it's great!! This really was such a good concept and you did an awesome job with it. The only thing I would add is casein to the top allergy lists, but you noted that in the preseantation you were going to add that. So, wonderful job! I give it an A++++

I also think getting them in contact with other kids their age, either through this website or a local group, who are going through the same thing would be very helpful- for support, sharing info and coping strategies, etc. Check out the Teenagers section.
