  11. I mostly buy my green cleaning products at the healthfood stores. They carry a variety of different brands that are either unscented, or if they are scented it is usually a natural citrus (orange, lemon) or lavender, very mild.

  15. I had already been gluten-free for quite a while before stumbling onto this board, but I have learned so many things here that I don't think I would have on my own about a gluten-free lifestyle. I've also met a lot of great people here that are struggling with similar health problems, and it's been a great source of information and support.
  16. I was lacking creativity and brilliance at the very moment I was trying to come up with my user name, so I just went with my name
  17. Chelse, I'm sorry to hear you are unhappy with the forum. I always enjoyed your sense of humor and hearing about what was going on in your life. I wish you well
  18. Thanks Andrea for all the mercury information, very interesting. There are quite a few similarities with symptoms in comparison to Lyme's Donna, I'm glad you got your computer up and running I'm sorry about the work changes, and the fact that you aren't feeling well on top of that doesn't help. Hope you feel better soon and hang...
  19. I can identify with most everything on this list of symptoms as well. Do you happen to have a list of symptoms for mercury poisoning/toxicity? I would be curious to know if there are similarities. Hi Susie Q it's so good to see you again in the OMG thread!

  22. Hi rinne and Lee, it's very simple. I have tried many recipes that I have found on the internet that start with uncooked rice and you add lime juice to the cooking water (most of them use white rice btw), but I found that it tastes just as good if you take a batch already cooked rice ( I use brown rice cooked in a rice cooker) and then I just squeeze...
  23. Andrea, sorry to hear about your dad, that has got to be tough to go through. I love cilantro, I guess I am in the minority here . I make a lime cilantro rice that is so yummy, one of my favorite things to eat. And it tastes great with chicken too.
  24. Thanks for the warning rinne. I would have never thought about the clay absorbing the chemicals from the plastic/packaging materials. Makes sense though when you think about it.
  25. Donna, so true. As a society we do everything fast, quick, right now- our eating habits included. It's been some time but I thought I did oil of cilantro, or some kind of cilantro extraction. Don't quote me on that though. I definitely took a lot of chlorella. I know Dr. Mercola has a lot of info and references regarding this.
