    Ok, I totally read that wrong, I seem to be having that problem lately. I had Carla in Mexico.....Sorry about that. I read it as you had done another HOT yoga class....geeesh. Could be that it was too fast paced like you said, or your cold. Try just relaxing yoga and see if it has the same effect, you will still get the benefit of it, it still works...

    Hi April, how have things been with your health and your daughters? Sounds like your adrenals (with the hot yoga). Try a regular class, without the hot, and see what happens. I have terribly burnt out adrenals but I can do regular yoga ok, it actually regenerates me. The temp might be too draining for you. I am hoping my angioedema will go away...
