    I am a newly reformed eater, all because of coeliac, and it amazes and horrifies me to see some of the people who queue up at mcdonalds and the like, they sure don't look like it is just an occassional treat for them, and I think, how can they do that to their body.     Before being diagnosed, and not gluten free, I had to eat smaller meals, as when ever I overate, I seemed to get sick. But I was always hungry, so I did tend to eat too much, and get sick quite a bit. But I knew I had to eat smaller meals, but the hunger got the better of me at times.     I'm not sure if I have an issue with cross contamination, and I can usually figure out what the problem has been. I may not work it out the immediately, but I keep a record of everything I eat, and after a while I can figure it out.
