    I don't know what you'd do about Susie. I hope you've kept prior talks in mind as future options. I remember being irritated by Janet's behaviour before. Keep your chin up, don't let her bully you but try to be sweet about it. I know that can be difficult in the best of circumstances.

    I don't think they specify how long. As long as it's frozen it should be fine. Just keep adding to the container until you think you have 1/2 cup.

    I don't do well with heat either. I don't remember it being this way. I never had air conditioning until my junior year of high school and then only til I moved out. I don't remember sweating as easily as I do now. Over here 80 feels real hot. We do have air conditioning now. I don't know how I lived without it. We're glad you joined us.

    I think they can be reliable if you have no other health issues contributing. An ELISA IgG test can tell you pretty much the same thing. I had both done. I came back below 10 on casien (I think 7) and at 15 for soy. ELISA testing showed low IgG and IgE for dairy products and soy was moderate I think.

    Nice picture. Your doctor/nurse was probably surprised you were being strict since so many aren't as careful......that's my assumption anyway.....I could be wrong.

    If I remember correctly it was about 1/2 cup.....if they were still in diapers. If not, I assume it's the same but I'm not sure.

    Thanks Rachel. I agree about the cheese whey by the way. I have a low intolerance and allergy to dairy products but when the time comes, even if the stuff makes me sneeze, etc I will still take it. From what my doctor says a combination of the hair and urine challenge test is the best. I like your painting too....sorry, I spaced that post...

What about the possible hidden msg in whey protein, whey protein concentrate and whey protein isolate? I had also heard from Howard Lyman (the mad cowboy) that whey was a toxic substance that couldn't just be disposed of, so they put it in our food...

    Now that is one thing I don't understand. If people have the money for testing why don't they just get a whole bunch of testing done to rule things in or out?! Money is scarce for us and going to make things more difficult but we'll still find a way to do some testing and treatment of whatever comes up......it may take quite awhile. I already...

    Our computer is really slow at times too. Yesterday (and this has happened before), we could only get into this site. Nothing else would come up. We always have to reboot to get the other websites to work.
