    I just read recently in my uswellness meats email that hfcs bypasses the mechanism in the body that says you are full......leading to overeating.......leading to overweight people. Seems to me I've read other stuff before that that stuff is NOT good to eat.

    This has been my concern for Mia as well. I know if we were the ones dealing with chronic lyme we probably wouldn't be able to afford much in the way of treatment.     Well, we did enterolab so I can't answer specifically. My youngest hasn't been tested but his eczema cleared up going soy and then gluten free.     In our case going vegan probably made things worse. Tone of soy, gluten (as in vital wheat gluten) and whole wheat. That was our protein, along with rice.
