    From everything I've read all diets have pluses and minuses. Cancers of various forms can come from any diet.     How does he deal with protein? Does he advocate the typical gluten canned foods? Please share. I hadn't looked into his stuff since I was already vegan.     Rachel, Correct me if I'm wrong....but I thought my allergy doctor told me that if the hair analysis for mercury was low that it could mean the body wasn't getting rid of it. At least for me since I have so many fillings. Do you think this new doctor will want to do another hair analysis?

    I was gluten light for 1 1/2 months due to allergy testing, before I decided to go through enterolab. I believe I would have tested negative through conventional methods at that time and am glad that enterolab offers their services.

    Rachel, I'll hold you to that. I know you're not fond of the idea of chlorella but it would be a safer, albeit slower way of getting some mercury out of your system.     Gary, I went through enterolab in May and ordered everything they have. The full gluten panel is $369 which includes gene testing, IgA antibodies, ttg, and malabsorption, and dairy.     I do my best not to insult anyone's beliefs and hope they allow me the same courtesy. We all belief in something, we are all entitile to our own opinion. It is courtesy not to shoot down someone's opinion and discuss it in a way that won't belittle them.....or just let it drop. BTW I am a conservative christian who used to not be.

    I've never used the butters for making mayonnaise. I just use the nuts. With almond butter the skin is left on.....don't want that for mayonnaise.
