    Off the wall question.......do any of you have problems with beans? I'm allergic to three and Mitch two that we know of. Mitch is kinda leary about trying any others, but I want to try them so I can either clear them out of the house or keep them for more variety. Seems like I eat a lot of sulfur foods....don't have a problem with them....yet....

    If I'm reading this correctly they are going to start, or have started, modifying our rice. GRRRRRRR. I buy organic lundberg rice but obviously what is prepacked you don't know unless they specify. I will probably need to invest in another grain mill and do my own rice flour. My old one doesn't get fine enough for the superfine and plus I don't think...

    Can you tolerate potatoes? How about nuts or nut butters (almond, cashew, sesame, walnuts, pecans, peanut) Sesame butter (Joyva brand) is very good as a salad dressing too. I'd be glad to give you the recipe. Nuts would add some fat that you need and potatoes have been known to help. Also avocados. Can't think of anything else right now.

    Another option if you have the funds is to get them tested by enterolab. If nothing else, starting off with the 2 you believe have problems. Enterolab does a stool test that is much more accurate than the blood draw.     We've eaten their cookies, bars, cereal, bread and have had no problem.

    We decided to switch plans for tomorrow and go miniature golfing instead. Just too long of a drive and probabl not enough sleep for the baby boy. He hasn't ad decent naps today which doesn't help.

    Rachel, If I remember correctly it was Celia that mentioned the cysts and things getting better after they were removed. I could be wrong and it could be more than one person that had problems with them. It sounds like a good idea to go ahead with. Too bad you have to wait until November though.
