    I am eating an amazing breakfast strata I made with hemp milk and a mix of dairy and non-dairy cheeses. The gluten-free bread works really well.

    I don't use labels. I say "gluten makes me very sick". I wouldn't say "I am a psoriatic", although I might say "I have psoriatic arthritis", but more commonly I say "corn makes my skin blotchy and my joints hurt".

    Go to the website that has the emoticon, right click on it, choose 'copy image location', then the little picture icon in this editor box, and paste the location.
