  2. We're all making a lot more work for her.....
  3. The trick is to have a good mental state even when you don't feel well. To be able to understand that what your body feels doesn't have to affect your emotions. You may always have these issues with food. Are you prepared to be terrified of discussing this with every new partner?
  4. mmmmmmm. I love thin slices of ham rolled around asparagus.
  5. Rude people are irritating. From other's responses it seems like you opened the way for a lot of people to vent.

  8. slice them really thick, like an inch and a half, and leave a quarter inch or so when you scoop them. It's like making little cups. These work well with a fresh salsa that's not so spicy. The mango salsa from Costco works well if you don't want to make your own.

  13. Hugs Loey. We're all with you there, in spirit, if you need us.
  14. Saw BE briefly last night (we're both tired). Since his contract is ending they've got him doing some rush rush job and he's working long hours. He works at a major software company in Redmond, and this morning he put on new jeans and told me he had to dress a little nicer 'cause he never knew when a different department might call him in for an interview...
  15. I would pick stuff with as few chemicals added as possible, to give your pcr a better chance of working. Also, don't forget you'll need a positive control, so maybe pick corn, or tapioca, something that's found in all the products you test. For testing flours you might have to spike your flour sample with your positive.

  17. I frequently cook up some fish.

yeah. That's disgusting. There must be some way to deal with it.
  20. Tell your friends, your husband, your family, that you refuse to make yourself sick until they discover how to test for what you have. It's not your fault that medical science isn't perfect, and you are doing things the old fashioned way - paying attention to how you feel.
