  1. gluten-free oats are fine if you have no reaction to them. The diet gets easier with practice. It is completely overwhelming at first, but as you get used to knowing which things you can, and can't eat, it all becomes a habit. For the first few months don't worry about how much you eat. Stick to healthy foods, and eat when you're hungry. Your body...
  2. Eight days shouldn't be an issue. Good luck finding answers.
  3. You can't fill a hole in someone else's soul. Your job is to enhance his life, not complete it, that's up to him to do. You are a vibrant, intelligent, loving woman and you are more than enough for someone who isn't hiding from themselves. You can't fix him. You can't make him see you for who you are. You CAN be the most amazing you that you are. Stop...

  12. Hmmmm, difficult question, since it's never really been studied. Here's my opinion. If the only issue you have with dairy is digesting the lactose, then eating lactose free, or adding a lactase to your diet shouldn't slow any healing down. If you are actually having some inflammatory reaction to dairy, then yes, you are slowing the healing process...
  13. I'm sure they sell Open Original Shared Linkas well.
  14. I am so glad you're doing well. Thanks for the nice words and for coming back to tell us that you are normal.
  15. It's how I feel. I don't even like touching wheat products, although I've never had a problem doing that.
  16. So I microwave my fish stew and I'm sitting in the lunch room to eat it. A woman from the other lab walks by, stops, sniffs, looks concerned and says, sceptically, fish?? Yes, I say, and start to babble about how I didn't think about the smell of microwaving fish.... She waves her hand and says -no, it's fine. I just wanted to make sure it wasn...
  17. I'm fairly certain you wouldn't let your kids run wild through the aisles and crowd around the sample stands yelling "MOM!! CAN WE HAVE SOME??????" to you while you are still on the other side of the store
  18. Maybe she'll have even better, more inappropriate, things to say. My friend who ditched on Friday called me yesterday and I road tripped with her and her mom (Grand Pocky) to go shopping in Sequim. It was a blast. We went to the market and then Costco. The Costco I normally go to is full of inattentive parents nominally in charge of throngs...

  21. I think the shopping section would be appropriate.
  22. call the pharmacy. Call the ER and find out if they have triage nurse that can answer your question.
