    Rice krispies (and a lot of cereals) have malt. Soy sauce has wheat, unless you have the kind that has no wheat. If the ingredients only list soy and/or salt, you're OK. If something says 'malt' you should assume it's barley malt until proven otherwise. It's only overwhelming at the start, things do get easier, hang in there.

    I was discussing the merits of a one-eyed cat with my room mate. He's against it, so I told them I was just going to meet them on Saturday and decide. He rolled his eyes at me and said "Yea, right. As soon as you see them you'll want them both." Crazy cat lady status here I come.
