  1. My interesting-food free Edna is going quite well. Have had a few breakdowns wherein I just couldn't stand it any more and ate some fruit (warning for TV munchers- don't choose a bag of prunes as your mindless eating companion ) but mostly I've been good. Just finished my mid-afternoon snack of a bell pepper. Actually I skipped breakfast because the...
  2. Gads. Listening to those who have given birth should be mandatory for teenagers. Would certainly make them think twice about any risks they're taking.
  3. First off, I would call your mom at work and make an appointment just like a regular person. It's hard to remember to do things at work that aren't your normal routine (like make an appointment for someone when they aren't on the phone with you). Everyone struggles with trying to convince friends and family that this is the new you. Others will have...
  4. Just wanted to add that my sweet boys left me something small and dead for Mom's day. Aaaawwwww.
  5. Happiness to all you mummies. Me own mum is off gallivanting around the country on a road trip wi' me dad so y'all are my surrogates.
  6. Totally forgot about the wedding!! no wisecracks about fluid
  7. It sounds like gluten could be a problem. Keep track of how he feels off gluten. If it makes a big difference, then that's a clue in and of itself.
  8. JellyBelly Belly Belle Bella (To go with Gustavo) Let's Play NAME THAT DOG!!
  9. What the heck is going on!! How are we ever going to catch up to the OMG thread if you guys insist on spending the weekend with your families or outside!?!? Where's your dedication to the cause? C'mon! The kids'll be around for years, they can wait.
  10. Pretty sure these are poison to everyone
  11. Delila went to Lyle pretty easily. I had been calling her Lyla, now I call him Lylie. (Actually mostly I call both of them Big Boy, I think it's the tone in your voice, not the actual word, unless, of course, the word is treat)
  12. Deserved repeating
  13. What you need is a goal. Something to work towards.Hmmm, what could that be :tappingfingeronchinfeetguy:
  14. You can always tell us that it's one of your neighbors...
  15. Can you go public? Contact the local newspaper, television, whatever and tell them the whole sad story of how sick you've been, but still have tried to continue your education. You got no help from the professors regarding delaying exams and when you tried to go through proper channels to improve your grades they threw you out.
  16. We're 1000 pages behind the OMG thread, of course, we don't have Rachel's epics either. Are pages created by the number of posts? Or the length of posts?
  17. I would think that your approach of going completely gluten-free, then doing a challenge, is the best one. Tests give results that, when compared to the average population, are probably correct. A gluten challenge after a month or so gluten-free will test your body specifically. It's really the best way.
  18. Going to a girls party tonight, I can't wait to bring my tub of eyeshadows .
  19. Gads! Tornadoes! How scary. So much power and destruction with no control (kinda like adding a new animal into your existing complement ). Alpha biped! Not in my house.
  20. My chocolate is: You are sophisticated, modern, and high class. Your taste is refined, but you are not picky. You are often the first to try something new. You are emotionally expressive and sensitive. You're effected by everything around you. Your friends appreciate your open heart, but they are afraid of hurting your feelings...
  21. swolt-up  I think they reduce inflammation, but can cause short term water retention and long term weight gain.
  22. 30!!! Darned kids Oh well, Happy birthday anyway
