  1. An MD or ND would be able to order this for you. It would need to be an MD that recognizes heavy metals, because many of them don't. I other words, an MD that is not "mainstream". Julie, So glad the charcoal is helping! That is great! Do you think it will reduce the angioedema symptoms?
  2. Sherry, The environmental medical doc (treats lyme) has this. They said it forces oxygen into your cells. But that is about all i know about it. April
  3. LoriG, You can request goggles and a rubber dam. You can also take activated charcoal before and after the appointment to help absorb toxins that are released. And chlorella will help too.
  4. Lorig, The blood test won't be an accurate way of testing. The body does not allow these metals to circulate very long because they are deadly if left in circulation and if they were to accumalate in the blood. The body stores them in our tissues. A provoked urine challenge would be the way to go. Here is a website for reference. www.genovadiagnostics...
  5. I like black beans. Very high in protein and when paired with a good quality carb its considered a "complete" protein. There are many kinds of beans. I get them dried and soak and cook them from scratch. If you buy the canned variety, just make sure there isn't a lot of ingredients added and rinse them before heating them.
  6. Usually a candida problem is just a symptom of a bigger underlying condition. Something is impairing your immune system enough to allow the candida to flourish. I am 80% better than I was, but I still have work to do. I still have heavy metals to get out. I do know someone on another board who is pretty much cured. It can be done, I think, as...
  7. If not, just try and keep your window cracked or ventilated until the carpet airs out good.
  8. Kassandra, YAY on the carpet! Do you have an air cleaner of some sort to help with the formaldehyde smells? April
  9. Lorig, I am sorry you have been through so much! Sometimes its hard to find a doc who can treat us for "everything" we have going on. The first thing that jumped out at me was the mercury. How did he test that and how did you have it removed. To me it sounds like you still have a metal problem. How did you treat the candida? Did you go on antifungals...
  10. What's wierd is I don't have a fever. I have dizziness, dry mouth, feeling of being slightly swollen (but not much), tingly feet, very tired. Its very wierd. She worked on a lot of kidney points yesterday since that was the source of my issues at the time. The colloidal silver is to fight infection right? BTW, I don't like doctors either....
  11. Anyone have kidney issues? I started having flank pain the other night after the reaction to the glutathione and when I went to the acupuncturist today she said my kidneys were stressed. Now, I am having major symptoms tonight in the middle of the night. Not sure what to do.
  12. Rachel, Good info you posted! Love the scientificness! I am going to re-read all of that and see what could apply to my situation. Question on the liver. I think a lot of my symptoms come from my liver being filled with toxins. I think when I tried to chelate using cilantro last summer and had that terrible time, I think I moved metals and they...
  13. So, has anyone ever had a negative reaction to glutathione? I took that and Magnesium last night and turned red all over. It was very wierd, indeed. I have taken both before seperately of course. Never taken them close together. That would have been the 3rd or 4th time I took the glutathione. I don't have sulphur allergies because I eat garlic and...
  14. So, tonight I turned red all over like I am reacting to something. I took the glutathione then not long after I took some magnesium. I don't know which one it could be. I have taken both seperately and was fine. Could it be the glutathione provoking a cleansing reaction in my liver? I am not sure what would make me turn red all over. That is odd for...
  15. Nyxie, Do you have gallstones that you know of? It is supposed to help the gallbladder dump bile, but if you had some gallstones it might cause a bit of pain. I think overall it would be good for you. If you are worried you could take a gallstone dissolver for a couple weeks, like Gold Coin Grass. If your docs approve.

  17. Magnesium is very good for headaches, so that could have done it.
  18. Thats the one I am taking!
  19. He has me taking an oral version. I don't know much about this subject. I take NAC and sometimes do the Ecoffee. Wonder if I need to stop taking the NAC?
  20. Sounds like liver. You could try acupuncture. This helps calm the automic nervous system and might help with your symptoms until you can get into bioset.
  21. Oh how I wish I could find Art too! I was thinking it would help with figuring out my daughters issues. If the hematologist has no answers I think I might be able to talk my hubby into spending the money to take her to Art and I'll just make an appt for me while were there. We will have to travel to find someone. I may have found a Bioset person but...
  22. Basically the intestinal lining becomes comprimised either by gluten/celiac, candida, improper imbalance of bacteria, ect and food proteins leak through into the bloodstream. Then the body sends out antibodies to fight off the invaders. This causes many food reactions that you might not normally have if you did not have leaky gut. L-glutamine is good...
  23. How long had it been before going to the bathroom did it look foggy? Are you drinking plenty of water? If you are very toxic your body may not be utilyzing minerals correctly. Are you taking any nutrional support? Did you ever get in with Art or Bioset?
  24. Going back on the e-coffee's. I have trouble with it for some reason. Anybody take glutathione? That is one of the new supps I am starting. Is it okay to continue my other supps along with?
