  1. Hey all! I talked a bit about my situation with my hubby which gets me all in a tizzy usually. Anyway, when we renovated that room with the rot and dead ants, he said there was some mold because he remembers spraying bleach on it. Therefore, to top it all off, I was exposed to mold toxins as well. Does anyone know, do you detox mold...
  2. I lost a lot of weight after going gluten-free, SY, CF, and DF. I lost about 20 pounds in 2 months. I think for me i had a lot of inflammation and the food sensitivities were making it worse. This could be the case with the tapeworm - causing inflammation along with some of the other issues.
  3. I can't remember if I posted this before, but here is some info on activated charcoal. It does not soak up ALL toxins, but it does work on many. I take it with my apple pectin fiber in order to soak up more. Open Original Shared Link
  4. Hi Staci, You can go here Open Original Shared Link and take this test to see if this is something that applies to you. If so, there is more information about the diet here www.wholeapproach.com. And of course you can join in! Let us know how you do! April
  5. Charcoal SAVED my life when I tried detoxing on my own. I suffered and suffered - thought I was going to die. Then I learned of charcoal. I will have it in the house always now. I even put it on a bug bite on one of my children and it sucked up the venom and took the pain right out! That was sort of cool.
  6. That's great Carla! How old are your kids and how long was their treatment? Sorry, I don't know a lot of the history!! Great to hear another success story!!! April
  7. I think I'll call the office tomorrow and get more exacts on the lyme testing. I do want to be checked for co-infections as well. I am thinking bart just because of breathing issues (i think its bart??). I have a lot of questions. Of course, I think of all of this after I LEAVE! Now I'll have to schedule another appointment to ask them. I...
  8. Thats great Catefolly! Glad to hear! Garlic is a great thing. Be sure you get organic because garlic and onions contain a lot of sulphur and sulphur binds to metals so if its not grown in good *clean* soil it could soak up the metals in the soil. We don't need any help in the toxin department. Garlic also good for the liver! DO you let it sit...
  9. He has trouble understanding why something would affect me and not him. He understands that our kids have some issues that cannot be explained necessarily. He might be more into it seeing that he's an MD and not an ND. I'll have to talk to him without MONEY coming into the conversation cause that will steer it straight into an argument. We are having...
  10. No, but he does treat lyme. I don't know if you classify that as an llmd or not? That and being heavy smokers! But yeah, bad stuff in this house! I am sure he *knows* about it because he didn't question me on it or act like he didn't understand it. But its not on the list of things he treats and he kept calling it CANADA!...
  11. Oh, he does use abx and herbs in lyme treatment. He does iv chelation in the office. AND he was concerned about what my children have been exposed to as well. He said a lot of those chemicals are endocrine blockers and my little 7 year old's early puberty problem could very well be caused by this. I told him how her estrogen levels were normal...
  12. Thought I would fill everyone in on my dr. visit today. He thinks lyme *might* be an issue although he is leaning more towards environmental exposure. If I decide to test for lyme he does use Igenex. He thinks that I have been exposed (due to some of the stories I told him) to many enviromentals. This house has been a big factor and we moved...
  13. I finally started my period! OMG I can't believe what my body just went through trying to start my period! It was crazy! Thank goodness I am seeing this new doc today.
  14. Truthsearcher, I hope you get what you need for your kids. I know how frustrating it is to have to wait! Anyone, What does lyme feel like? Right now I am having a pretty rough time. Just out of the blue, too. I thought I was going to start my menstrual but only spotted. Now nothing, but it feels like my adrenals just totally went out of whack...
  15. Wow! Very interesting! All the more reason I need to find an Art Practitioner!!!
  16. YES I would love to try and find out if there is someone over here!!! I have done searches on the internet, and haven't found anything that way. Thanks! I hope so too! Tomorrow I will know. I already have all of my records together, symptom list typed up, along with the "chain of events" that got me to this point AND the tests...
  17. sorry! I didn't go to school much in high school! History class was too early in the morning. Its funny because now I love to learn. Back then I could only think about my next party session.
  18. Rachel, What sort of testing did you undergo to detect the tapeworm? I think you did Art to find that? Did they test you for other parasites as well? I am seeing a new doc tomorrow so I want to chat about this with him. You are very lucky to have access to the good dr's and all the treatment protocols. I have not yet found anyone...
  19. Definatley under a toxin load. Sweating, dry skin brushing, detox baths. All that kind of stuff might help. The milk thistle and tea sound like a good plan.
  20. Paula, I forgot but are you doing antifungals? If you are doing more than 1 at the time, you may want to back off a bit and let your body deal with the toxins that it already has. Then once you feel better, you can bump it up a notch. Lemon water is good for the liver. Helps cleanse the liver and kidneys. Unless, of course, you have a citrus allergy...
  21. I feel the same way Andrea. My hubby doesn't necessarily agree, though. But, I gotta do this whether or not he agrees. I wish I could find someone that does LED and ART here!!
  22. Hey all, Did you gals/guys listen to that biohealth radio show on candida? Well, they were talking about parasites for a while and they guy was saying that it can be dangerous to treat some parasites with herbs. There is one, he named specifically (can't remember now) that can get "pissed off" by herbs and unattach from the intestinal wall and travel...
  23. rpm, I have trouble detoxing. I don't know if I have lyme yet. Kassandra, I heard about that test on the biohealth radio show that Rachel posted. I want that test! I am going to ask for it when i go to this new dr thursday. Everyone, I am so nervous because this is going to be $550 out of pocket just for the first visit. That includes...
  24. Sometimes the liver can cause nausea. But yeah, die off can be different for everyone. Nausea is very likely from die off and will pass.
  25. Ok. Now I know why I have been having all these wierd symptoms. I just started my period! I get really wierd symptoms around that time. Doesn't make sense to me at all!
