Food Inc Movie

I don't know if I posted this in the right section.

There is a movie coming out in limited theatres called Food Inc Movie. It is about how the food industry only cares about money and not nutrition when it comes to the foods we buy in the supermarket. It is pretty interesting. Check out the trailer at www.foodincmovie.com

I thought it would be of interest to other celiacs since we already have to read labels and eat whole foods anyways.

I heard an interview with the director, and it sounds pretty great! If it ever comes to Sticksville I'm going to go see it. In the meantime, we can all re-read Fast Food Nation and commit to avoiding McDonalds all over again.

If you go to the website and type in your zip code, it lists the theatres it will be playing in. It i going to be playing at a theatre here that is discounted. Movie tickets are around a dollar at this theatre. I called the theatre and they can't tell me it will be playing, just that it will be coming soon.

I just bought a similar movie last week, it's called "Food Matters", you can watch the trailer here:

It talks about the correlation between the food we eat and chronic illness.

I can't wait to watch it. It's about time something as important as this starts getting circulated.

Enlarged lymph nodes in neck and groin with celiac are not uncommon. They can take time to reduce even after going gluten-free. Monitoring is key.

Hi Scott, yes I have had symptoms for years and this is the second GI I have seen and he could not believe I have never been tested. He called later today and I am scheduled for an endoscopy. Is there a way to tell how severe my potential celiac is from the results above? What are the chances I will have the biopsy and come back negative and we have to keep searching for a cause?

I agree christina, there is definitely many contributing factors! I have the pain today, my pelvis, hips and thighs ache! No idea why. But i have been sitting at work for 3 days so im thinking its my back. This disease is very mysterious (and frustrating) but not always to blame for every pain.

"her stool study showed she had extreme reactions to everything achievement on it long course of microbials to treat that." The wording of this part of the sentence does not make any sense at all. I don't mean to insult you, but is English your first language? This part of the sentence sounds like it was generated by translation software.

What kind of stool test was done? Can you be more specific?
