Yes, I take several vitamins and supplements but I watch fillers there and in medications. -

While you remove gluten processed foods from your diet, there are vitamins and minerals added to those foods because the standard western diet has been deemed deficient by government agencies and so are required to be fortified. Gluten free processed food are no usually fortified. For every food you delete, make sure to find another source in you new diet... -

Does anyone know any good gluten free lip balm?
I've been using eos lip balms. I usually get it at costco. Eos has little round balms, but also stick ones like chap stick. Costco has both. They are labeled gluten free when you buy individual balms, but the combo package from costco isn't always labeled gluten-free. The company web site says they are gluten-free.
