How long did you experience symptoms?

My answer atleast 30 years, but the more I sit back and consider the more I think it was before then.

How long have you been gluten free?

Could it be 10 months.?

What are you dealing with now:?

leaky gut

more severe reactions to gluten mistakes.

bloating

food intolerances

mal absorption

super sensitivity/cross contamination

How long did you experience symptoms?

Most of my life (39 years).

How long have you been gluten free?

Only 8 months.

What are you dealing with now:?

Still have some fatigue. "C" is still with me but less. Joint pain is greatly reduced; I am now mostly stiff and weaker than before. I still get back pain but I don't think it's gluten related. My thinking is still not as clear as it once was; I'm not sure how much that will improve. I do react badly to cc or accidental glutening but I alwaus did. I still have dairy issues.

I do have other autoimmune issues that aren't fully resolved though, so they could be causing the above symptoms.

the things that resolved are the stomach aches, bloating, hypoglycemia, hairloss, migraines, some fatigue, muscle cramps, most of my joint pain, and my skin is improving slightly (less acne).

How long did you experience symptoms?

Most of my life (30 years). Although i didnt know it was caused by glutened. 95% of symptoms came in the last 5 years.

How long have you been gluten free?

3 weeks.

What are you dealing with now:?

Anxiety i didnt have before, vitiligo, leaky gut (probably), understanding where gluten is hiding, understanding what i can eat, other food intolerances i didnt know i had, bloating, stomach pain i didnt have before.

What has been resolved?

I added this question to make it bit more positive to read :)

Brain fog gone, drowsiness gone, ridges and white spots on nails are gone, hair better, skin better, irritability gone, much more nice/understanding to people, stress gone (!), couple of kilos gone, arm pit sweat gone (wtf?), feelings of anger gone.

Im pretty sure my fatigue is gone too. I only say "pretty sure" cause it feels it will get even better soon. But im actually already happy with my energy levels after 3 weeks off. And few more other things are gone.

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?
