I use Costco's Kirkland brand that's gluten-free.  The quality is good too!

Suave is gluten-free and they make shampoos to mimic just about every brand. Some of them are the ones like Panteen that make your hair silky and shiny. (I can't use those. :( My hair is too thin and silkiness is my enemy.) Some of them make your hair seem rougher and thicker. I use the one with almond and shea butter. Three bucks for a HUGE bottle that lasts me months.

Is a gluten free shampoo a must? I thought I had read it wasn't but I'm a newbie and still learning.

Its not but....  if you think you will accidentally get some in your mouth - from splashing, your fingers, drips, etc.  you would want a gluten-free shampoo.

Wolfie - I think most of the Dove ones are and the Garnier ones.  I just read the ingredients to make sure they don't list wheat germ oil.

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?
