I'm going to San Juan Puerto Rico this spring.  Has anyone been there and can you recommend some places to safely eat gluten free?  I don't want to ruin my trip by getting glutenized on the first day!

i've stayed at friends  and in resorts there. The best thing is to talk to the chef at the hotel your staying at. They did a great job for me at  El San Juan and  at the Wyndam.  good luck

      Going on a cruise next week and I’m a celiac. Bought a bottle of GliandinX. Should I just take two tablets per day as a precaution? Never tried this before!! Any help is appreciated!!
