I am wondering if puffy eyes could be another symptom of celiac or gluten sensitivity ( I do have other symptoms). I woke up last Tuesday and the area under my eyes were extremely puffy, I thought nothing of it but they still haven't gone away or gotten better at all. I've tried everything from allergy pills, eye drops, cold spoons, eye creams and cucumbers. Has anyone ever had this happen to them before and could it be related to celiac?

I get puffy eyes quite often but I have been gluten-free for a couple of years. I have hypothyroidism so I think that is what causes my problem with puffy eyes.

Best wishes.

Allergies and the meds that treat them will cause me to get puffy eyes and dark circles.  There isn't much I can do for them other than take benadryl, which will make me need to nap.  Have you tried an antihistamine to see if it helps?

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
