I just wanted to share Open Original Shared Link recipe that I recently found. All I had to do to make it gluten free was substitute the soy sauce for gluten free soy sauce. It was delicious and very quick and easy to make. The second time I made it I ended up doubling up the sauce ingredients and cooking some broccoli to add more veggies.

OK that is delish!  It is a totally forgiving recipe too.  I didn't have any ground ginger (I don't really like ginger), and I didn't have any scallions on hand either; still it turned out great!  Added broccoli and a small amount of corn starch to thicken the sauce.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
