Now normally this is not my style, but this is one of the hardest songs in the world to play and this guy does it effortlessly. And the arrangement is SUPERB!

That's epic! After 10 or 15 seconds I realized that something was funky with his guitar and I paused it and counted. I've never seen one with 7 strings before. Maybe I need to get out more. That was always one of my favorite songs to play on the piano, but I imagine it's much easier to play on the piano. It has so much energy, it's hard not to enjoy! ^_^

Yeah, that seventh string is tuned to B. Gives the guitar a great bass sound and opens up all kinds of options. I've had a few seven strings in the shop over the years.

I could never figure out more than 4, but then that's not a "guitar" anymore. :P Hats off to anyone who can master those things.

His name is Eric Calderone. He studied classical guitar in college and then went to Berklee in Boston (where they teach jazz). I have emailed him to tell him how much I like his playing. Haven't heard back yet. I hope he comes to the Black Hills someday. I'd love to have him in my shop.

If a Celiac person is successful in following a gluten-free diet, they can go into remission.   They may not have a reaction to gluten without a precipitating event like an injury or infection or even emotional or mental stress.   Following a strict gluten-free diet at home, then indulging in gluten containing products abroad without a reaction can be explained by this remission.

Approximately 10x more people have non-celiac gluten sensitivity than have celiac disease, but there isn’t yet a test for NCGS. If your symptoms go away on a gluten-free diet it would likely signal NCGS.
