 I have not been active in these forums for about the last year. When I tried to log in I could not find my account . ( so I created a new one.)

 

My question is ; after being inactive for a period of time are accounts deleted ? or could I just not find my old account ?

The only accounts that are deleted are for people, like spammers, that have been banned.

I reported it to admin to take a look at. What do you think your old " name" was?

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.

      Oats naturally contain a protein called avenin, which is similar to the gluten proteins found in wheat, barley, and rye.
