Please Recommend Your Gluten-Free, Corn-Free, Dairy-Free Iron Supplement!

I am in desperate need of a good iron supplement asap, as the one I've been using is giving me brain fog and is therefore really suspect. I need it to be gluten-free, corn free and dairy free but something is amiss. Hoping to try a new brand (ideally sugar free too) and see how it goes.

 

It has to be a higher mg one - I need to take 150mg per day as I have anemia.

 

Fingers crossed that someone here can help!

I used Nature Made found at Costco. It contains 65 mg per tablet. I took it twice a day away from my thyroid meds. It is gluten free and looks to be milk and corn free (says no starch). Your pharmacist should be able to help you for brands in your area.

I took about six months to completely resolve my anemia after going gluten free. Then I stopped the iron supplements.

I don't  take  or use  this  product  as my iron is  good but I have heard many times  over that Blue Bonnet  is great & easy on the gut..

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.
