Do your symptoms change frequently?

Waiting on a diagnosis. I find my symptoms change frequently.  One day my stomach is fine but gut hurts, one day I'm normal but have a rash,  another I'm nauseous and vomit with neck pain.  The symptoms that are consistent are fatigue and usually constipation.

Is this common with celiacs?

Yes!  From what other members have posted and some of the symptoms I experienced after my last big glutening, celiac symptoms (maybe most autoimmune disorders) can wax and wane.  Very frustrating.  Now you can see why it is hard for doctors to diagnose celiac disease.

I hope you feel better soon!

Thank you! I really feel like I'm going crazy with so many different symptoms that on the surface have nothing in common. Hopefully everything will be figured out soon.

I hope this gives you guys a good laugh.  My kitchen is so small I don't even have room for the ingredients you've just listed, let alone the baking tools you need to use.  Your bread sounds delicious but, this is a city full of mice, etc.  We don't leave food out overnight.  Not ever. I live with what's in the freezer case at Whole Foods.  Sadly, it is not delicious or nutritious.  Sometimes, Modern Bread and Bagel has a loaf left by the time I get there.  Most of the time though, sold out.  New York for ya.
