This! All of this!!

I am going on my second year  since being diagnosed as celiacs. I am also a EPiPen carrying tree nut avoider, add on a pesky latex allergy and I am a mess.

SO Far in my food endeavors:

Enjoy life brand: proudly avoids the top 8 common allergins.

barilla gluten free: closest thing I've found found to pasta texture and withstands  one microwave reheat.

chex cereal, Hershey chocolate, fluff makes a pretty good s'more.

i would love to hear more brands and solutions to the fantastic challenges of celiac and tree nut allergies!

Breyers Natural Vanilla Ice Cream.  Just a few ingredients!  Since vanilla is the most popular, it should be nut free too (not on shared lines).  But call to confirm.

Gerbs Allergen Friendly Foods, they make seeds, seed meals, seasonings, dried fruit, all nut and allergen free. I have a issue with peanuts (legume not nut). Luckly I can live off almonds and seeds but to avoid peanuts I have to buy all my seeds from Gerbs and special source my nuts.

Many years ago yes, after eating and going to bed, apparently my esophagus filled with food that my body rejected, the esophagus would lay against the Heart sack (pericardium?) and the heart would respond by becoming arrhythmic. That went away with the strict diet.

I was commenting on the report saying it did not mention migraines! Yes it does last paragraph says have not seen any evidence that Celiac cause migraines! I thought this was about truth?

It has been known for some years that celiacs suffer from migraines at a higher rate than the general populatation. It is an established symptom.
