Made without wheat ingredients : safe for celiacs ?

Hi my daughter has celiac disease and we are vegetarians. While looking for different kinds of flours to make flat breads , I came across corn flour in bulk barn . I had been looking for that for a long time. 

But all the tag / board said was “ made without wheat ingredients” . Does that translate to - safe for celiacs ? Who can I contact to get this clarified

To be really safe, contact the manufacturer.  See if it is milled with wheat products on a shared line.  If not, the corn meal/flour is probably fine.  

Buying in bulk is the real problem.  Cross contamination can occur from customers mixing scoopers.  Buy products labeled and in bags.

      Thiamine interacts with all the other B vitamins.  Thiamine and B 6 make a very important enzyme together. With more thiamine and other vitamins available from the supplements your body is absorbing the ones you need more of.  The body can control which vitamins to absorb or not.  You're absorbing more and it's being transported through the blood.   It's common to have both a Thiamine and a Pyridoxine deficiency.  Keep taking the B Complex. This is why it's best to stop taking supplements for six to eight weeks before testing vitamin levels.

      Yes I took a supplement that had B6 in it, low dosage though. I've stopped taking that. B1 doesn't affect other B vitamin levels?
