Does anyone know if Garden of Life "Perfect Food" protien drink is glueten free? I called and spoke with their customer service but wasn't able to get a clear answer. They said it contains barley grass but did not have enough to cause problems. I didn't thing that was a great answer.

Sometimes I drink it an don't have a problem. Other times it gives me painful bloating and gas which goes away fairly quickly.

Any other glueten free protien drinks on the market?

If it's got barley grass, don't have it. "Not enough to cause a reaction" is a ridiculous statement, really, and demonstrates that they don't understand the issue. Maybe if they had said "tests below 20ppm", but even then it's a personal decision.

gluten-free protein drinks? The Naked Juice and Odwalla ones based on soy protein are usually gluten-free (stay away from the "green" ones and always read the ingredients, of course), and you can make your own with whey, egg, soy, rice, or pea protein.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
