You can find more postings (about 900)  by using the search box.  There are many tips, you just have to search.

I suffer from Ocular Rosacea.  I use eye drops “Natural Tears” to combat my dye irritated eyes.

I hope this helps!

Deekite,

Have your doctor check your Vitamin D levels ... they (low Vitamin D levels) can contribute to your dry eye symptom's.

https://medicalxpress.com/news/2016-02-vitamin-d-linked-eye-syndromes.html

I recently found out  I had low Vitamin D again ...but I noticed my dry (grainy) eyes first .. .and was quite surprised my Vitamin D was low again but now I know it (dry eyes) was a way my body was telling me my body was low in Vitamin D again.

Also look into Pellagra .... the poor nutrition common in Celiac's can trigger it as 2ndary condition.

Here is a s study of it (Pellagra) presenting in Primary Sjorgen's.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4069716/

I hope this is helpful but it is not medical advice.

2 Timothy 2: 7 “Consider what I say; and the Lord give thee understanding in all things” this included.

Welcome to the forum, @linnylou73! Are you claiming this based on a reaction or based upon actual testing?

Sams club membermark columbian coffee is either cross contaminated or the pods contain gluten

This varies a lot from person to person. I include foods that are not certified gluten-free but are labelled "gluten-free", while super sensitive people only use certified gluten-free. Both types of products have been found to contain gluten, so there are no guarantees either way: It you are in the super sensitive group, eating a whole foods based diet where you prepare everything is the safest bet, but it's also difficult. Eating out is the the most risky, even if a restaurant has a gluten-free menu. I also include items that are naturally gluten-free, for example refried beans, tuna, pasta sauces, salsas, etc., which have a low overall risk of contamination.

I avoid turmeric now because I'm on low dose aspirin, but used to use this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08HYBN4DJ My recipes always vary according to what I have on hand, but my base is a frozen berry mix from Trader Joe's: https://www.traderjoes.com/home/products/pdp/fruits-greens-smoothie-blend-075603 In the warmer months I include herbs from my garden like Italian parsley and basil. I add almond milk as well.
